<p>The visage of fear spawns when you first get the quest and click the first equipment. It does repop very fast but it shouldn't spawn that fast!</p>

<p>Hmm... I'm not seeing this.  It appears to be working properly for me.</p><p>I'll take a look at it and see if there's a way I can break it.</p>

<p>I think that it spawned when I first gathered a piece of equipment (1/3). I killed it while clicking the second, then got the third and went "uh oh, I killed it already". Waited 15s or so and it respawned.</p><p>I then went here, opened the thread and posted the feedback, alt-tabbed back to the game and here was the mob again!</p><p>He seems to be on a 30s respawn timer like an awfull lot of quest mobs around.</p>

<p>He is - but he's not spawning for me like that... you should only be seeing him after you've picked up the equipment.</p><p>I looked at it and it seems okay, so I'm going to keep tweaking.  It sounds like you've somehow gotten into a state where he's always visible to you.</p>

<p>When you complete this quest the pop-up text has a [DEV] Invalid message in it.</p><p>The stone medallion shard is not removed from my inventory when I finish the quest.</p>
