<p>This quest seems to be bugged.  Placing the runestone in the keyhole will not update the quest.</p>

<p>I confirm this, it will NOT update when going to place the runestone. this part of the quest series is bugged, big time.</p>

<p>Umm... this was absolutely working because other players have already gotten past it.  THERE ARE GREMLINS IN MY QUEST OBJECTS.</p><p>Okay, I just did it and it is working for me.  Were you able to place the two staffs successfully?</p>

<p>I had same issue, place the two staffs, then tried runestone... it bugged. quest stated to place rune stone first then staves, but my fix was to clear the area around the fear gate, enter to solo instance, exit, and then click to get the update to kill the named... My issues before is the name was up when i got there so it may of caused a bug</p>

<p>I was able to get it to work.  You have to place the runestone first, and then the two staves.</p>

<p>got it to work. so I guess that if a quest gives you an order to do thing's, then you should follow that order.</p>
