<p>Quest NPC: Alzillius</p><p>I must enter the Temple of the faceless and collect 2 staffs mentioned by Alzillius.</p><p>-Collect staff of fright( can't find)</p><p>-collect staff of the wastes (found)</p><p>-kill Tsol EW ritualists 8(done)</p><p>wonder if staff of fright is bugged somehow?</p>

<p>Just ran this one to make sure, and I'm seeing both staffs, so it should be there.  It might just be remarkably good at hide and seek?</p><p>But let me know if you're just having no luck at all.  I'll move it to somewhere else if it's giving you too many fits.</p>

<p>ran through it again. first on extreme performance with particle effects and model detail bias turned up to full. and then ran back with extreme quality. no luck. can't see it <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>atleast the staff of the waste had blue particles around it so could see it from 50 meters away. no luck on staff of fright tho</p>

<p>ran throught it again in first person view. still nothing. if u can give me a hint to which area its located in i can concentrate my search there.</p><p>hopefully it aint within those 2 locked doors in phobis area i can't seem to open.</p>

<p>Okay, I just moved it.  The data looked okay and I was able to complete the quest, so I think maybe I just hid it too well, or the area was inaccessable (happens sometimes when a quest designer pops in their things before the dungeon populator finishes the zone pop).  Check again after the next update, and you should be solid.  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>Trying to find the staff of the waste with no luck... found the staff of fright near the goo named yet with full zone cleared I saw no blue glow for the waste staff</p>

<p>after u drop down in the water tube thingie after third name its on one of those platforms. also u can try putting up ur particle effects and model detail bias i think its called. i saw it from inside the waterfall with those turned up full</p>

<p>I can't find the staff of wastes either.</p><p>When I'm in the room where the water tube is (after clearing everything I can get to throughout the zone), there are two doors that are not open to me. The map indicates that there are rooms off of the halls that I can see through the doors. Perhaps the staff is in one of them.</p><p>Doors are at: -448.53, 56.31, -1.53 & -360.71, 56.31, -1.10</p><p>Also had to use an escape totem or run back to exit. The zone finishes with you up at the last name and what looks a fear portal that doesn't do anything.</p>

Perhaps the staff is in one of them.</p></blockquote><p>Head down the water tube.  When you get close to the bottom, swim out and hug the left wall.  You need to land on the platform to the left coming out of the water.  I dont think you can jump up on it from the floor out of the water tube.  The staff is on the platform to the left, just out of the water tube.</p>

<p>Thanks, Whil!</p><p>The D'iar Ew blood ritualists update this quest, yet the quest step asks for Tsol Ew ritualists. It updates fine, just needs the name changed.</p><p>edit: Also just remembered... while picking up the quest, the NPC kept calling the staves "staffs"... fairly certain the correct plural form is only "staves".</p>
