Talk to the steward, quest udpates to:Speak with the one known as Veris Windcaller and help himSpeak to Riishu Sulrel to learn a bit more about the Wayward.

There are no feathers or books in the camp.

When I attempt to speak with Riishu all he says is 'This could be our last stand here. We must try to get all we can to Cardin Ward.'

I do not see Veris anywhere in the camp.

I did this with a toon that had been to the jungle before doing the sig quest. Then going back to do the sig quest and come back.

Quest also refers to Veris Windcaller, but NPC is called Veris Windcall.

Mermut, He's outside the cave to the beach, do you have any other quests given by him? I don't think you can update that part until you finish the questline he gives. I may be wrong, I haven't finished myself yet.

I see -zero- feathers in the jungle... anywhere. I haven't found the cave to the beach yet, so I'll look around a bit.

Same issues as above, no ROI for Veris and his surname is spelled wrong in the quest (Windcaller in quest, Windcall on NPC). I was able to see his blinking feather on the map though.

Put in a fix for the typo. The blue dots should follow shortly.

So one suggestion on the Blue dots for this, when you have a quest active for one of the 2 people you need to talk to can it update to say something like "Complete the tasks XXX has asked of you" and not have the blue dots showing on the map.

I keep looking at my map and wondering what I have to do at thoes locations then realize that I'm already doing that step.

This goes for 'Shades of Drinal: Great and Small' too

YEEEAAAHHH... so, I thought that might be confusing. I'm going to go over this with the other designers tomorrow and see how we want to handle it.

The problem is that a couple of the NPC's move during the quest. Because of how ROI's and quests are structured, there's no method for changing the location of an ROI on any given step - they're either there, or not there.

We'll probably just have to pull them, but we'll see. Thanks for the feedback, though.

I did a bug report on this but figured I'd mention it here as well.

During this quest a big blue point of interest shows up for Veris at the mouth of the tunnel to the shores (as expected) but also shows up during the entire quest in the Southern lizardman camp where he isn't yet.

After you get to the point where he is in the Southern camp, the POI still shows up for him at the tunnel.

I'm guessing this is like your above comment Cronyn and just how the points function, but it is a bit confusing how it is currently.
