Spirit toxin a bit much?

<p>3 minutes of of -200% potency and multi attack with a dot... seems a bit exesive for about EVERYTHING to proc it</p>

<p>I greatly reduced the effects of the poison, though it now scales by mob tier. This will prevent the low-tiered groups of 3 from dealing too much damage. It also now exhibits a 30s duration and reduced MA/Potency by 100 apiece.</p>

<p>The duration is what's irritating. I could turn in a quest and be on another quest in a completely different area and that darn tox is still on me.</p>
