when is beta server coming back up?

<p>they went down a few minutes ago for something and it won't even let me into the character select to find if it is down yes htere was a warning but there is no way to tell if htey are back up.  can't even get into the log in server for beta I can for live and test but not beta. have they shut down beta to get ready for expansion?</p>
