BUG - actor NPCs attacking mercs!

<p>While running a dungeon tonight on a lvl 21 warden with a SK merc an actor NPC proceeded to attack my merc. This continued until I finally just let it kill off the mercenary. I could not dismiss my mercenary because it was locked in combat, but once the npc killed the merc, it left me alone.</p>

<p>Doh!  I thought this was fixed, because when I tested it did not happen.  I checked further and here is the deal....</p><p>If I drag my merc up to a NPC, nothing happens.  I cannot order my merc to attack it, and it does not aggro.</p><p>If my merc gets into combat with a mob near a NPC, the NPC attacks!  It seems like maybe the call for help function is making the merc help still. </p><p>This stinks, just made a new dungeon with 4 NPCs in it, all near mobs!</p>

<p>This isnt limited to just dungeons.  When doing quests with where you use items to tame mobs or certain mobs become nonaggro during the fight, there are many times where the merc will someone cause them to re-engage while being unattackable.</p>

<p>Sooooo annoying. Seriously, I think I might petition soon for a refund on all the cash I'm spending to re-summon my mercs in dungeons <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  Please fix!!</p>

<p>I had this happen to me today.  Nearby actor-npc aggroed on the merc, and then ran back to its spawn point once the merc was dead.</p>
