can we make the predator AA intoxication a regular proc?

<p>   is there anyway you could please make the intoxication INT end line ability a regular proc instead of an applied temp buff?</p><p>  also can you please fix Gateway (assassin AA tree ability).  it was not updated to not dispel when damage taken like the rest of the AA abilities.</p>
