geting errors trying to log into eq1 and eq2 on both my pc's

<p>I have not played eq1 in a few months and eq2 since last expasion the eq1 says</p><p>The instuction at 0x042c891e referced memory at oxffffffffc the memort could not be read</p><p>application error</p><p>click on ok to terminate and the eq2 one is everquest 2 has detected an unrecoverable error and must shutdown.</p><p><verify>G:/live?eq2framework/render/DDSTexture.cpp(235):!unknown DDs texture flags"</p><p>01333c8d</p><p>I have no problems loging into other games i also play guildwars2 and i have yet to have any problems with it. its odd that only the sony games i am haveing problems with and its even more odd when its 2 differnt pc's and my video drivers are also upto date.</p>

<p>You need to download the new launchers for both games then run the new Launchpad.exe file from the eq1 and eq2 folders to be sure its running those not the old way both used to be run. Also to fix those other errors go to Microsoft and get the Dxupdate.exe file to update all the dx's and get msnet 1.1 and msnet 1.1 update. Don't care what version of windows you say you have, these require that to run.</p><p>Delete all your old links to the eq1 and eq2 folders and run all from the new Launchpad.exe game from now on, by the way, make sure the new launchpad is put into your current (old) eq1 and eq2 directorys when you click to run that thing.</p>
