One of my two clients will perpetually drop 10-15 FPS every other second. The client not doing this is stable and running at roughly 2x the FPS of the stuttering client at its peak. Upon investigation I found one of my processor cores at 100% which normally does not happen so I tried changing affinity which works for the usual 15-20s stabilizing both clients during that time. After the affinity reset itself to default with one core taking the whole load, both clients remained stable and at relatively equal FPS.

Was there any work done on the client's affinity settings prior to today's patch? I ask this because there was a thread about it not too long ago and it seems odd that this would actually be the fix to my issue, although it could just be coincidence.

Sorry for the late response. Are you still experiencing FPS issues?
