<p>Wife wanted to start playing again after a few years (after the hacking episode) and her account is banned (probably from someone getting the informatoin). Which is frustrating enough but when I try to log in it says "account banned." Ok...read database. Read database says email was sent at some point saying what the cause was with a ticket open/closed at some point. Can't log in to read ticket, can't get the email resent, can't talk to chat on a Sunday.... So not only can I not recover the account atm, I can't even see why it was banned lol.</p><p>Overall making post to say...perhaps you should allow your banned accounts to at least see why they're banned with a "resend email" button or let them at least look at their previous tickets...</p>
