A few months ago, I created a new account on YouTube with the intent of making it an ad-sponsored channel.I contacted SoE about their YouTube policy to make sure I was allowed to use EQ2 content on my channel. Which does seem appropriate since SoE has promoted YouTube in competitions like the dungeon maker etc. They told me that we are free to use EQ2 videos/music/content on YouTube as long as we don't post any beta test footage. One of my videos of my house in EQ2 got accepted to display adds, however, when I made a new one ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2SseohaCM4 ) it got marked with a yellow exclamation mark that said I needed to get some kind of proof that I had the rights to post it on YouTube because I don't own rights for it.I have no idea how they judge on that site because one EQ2 footage got accepted and one didn't, but nonetheless, how do I acquire that kind of approval in written form? Is there some text in the EULA which regards this that I can copy and send them?If SoE allows an open EQ2 footage policy on YouTube, shouldn't YouTube be aware of that policy already to avoid sending unneccessary request to people who post EQ2 videos?I feel confused.
