View Full Version : Friend's Accounts Suspended - No Warning, No E-mail

I'm writing on behalf of a friend because she cannot.

Sometime between late last night and this past afternoon, my friend's two gold accounts were suspended. She received no notice as to why, as no e-mail was sent to her. She received no verbal or written warnings from any GMs. Just suspended, for no reason.

She can't even log into the knowledge base to petition. The buggy website just keeps kicking back to the log in screen. When attempting to log in through the Everquest II website, she gets an error message that says "This account has been suspended. Please click here for more information" which gives a link to a general "Why was I suspended?" FAQ which really isn't that helpful.

Can someone please point me (who can point her) in the right direction so she can remedy this? She was suspended on a holiday weekend, so I really hope the answer isn't "Call customer support on Tuesday." That's not exactly fair since it's double EXP weekend and she was banned for absolutely no reason. Also, she lives in Canada, and asking her to call a non-toll free number is flat out ridiculous.

Thanks in advance.

Have them check their spam filter to see if the email was directed there. They can use the free version of Skype to call support or they can try online chat when it opens on tuesday - can't remember if you need to logon or not for that.

An account will never be suspended or banned without a valid reason. For more information please read the knowledge base below:Why is my account banned or suspended?
