<p>scout prestigeskill.</p><p>in the german version the tooltip says: "multiple casters can extend (the time of) the effect"</p><p>u.wire tooltip says: "the effect can be stacked by multiple casters"</p><p>so are you able to debuff more than 3% potency or not?</p><p>and how much potency do drunder hm/pow mobs have. is it worth it?</p><p>i cant think of a way to test it on a PvE server.</p><p>battleground is not an option too. you cant find a safe place to test it.</p><p>so there are only the real PvP players who could test it.</p><p>anyone?</p>
