Could you please remove the requirement on these (Assisting Qeynos/Freeport, Assisting Qeynos/Freeport Again, Assisting Qeynos/Freeport Yet Again, and Final Qeynos/Freeport Assistance) that the questlines cannot have been completed? I know they're meant to direct players to the questline at the appropriate levels, but I don't like missing out on quests. And, oddly, I could get the first two Freeport quests after finishing the questline, but not the last two.

Hmm, where is Final Freeport Assistance? Never found that one for some reason.

Didn't realize there was a requirement on these--I agree, drop the req.

There's really no need for that, ever, since although it makes slightly more sense lorewise, it just locks out content - and who's to say that the quest-giver out somewhere has even heard of what you've done for the city?

I forget which quest it is that you can't have done, but if someone who's done the quest tries sharing it, it'll tell you.

Mmm... so, short honest answer - there's no easy way to do that. It's not a matter of "removing" anything... it would be instead "adding and amending a whole lot of things that could break a lot more things". In fact, I can't think of a clean way to facilitate that in a way that wouldn't look broken. Murrar's dialog tree alone makes my eyes bleed just looking at it. Ugh.

I'll tell you what, though - I'm not saying no just yet. I'm a bit busy at the moment, but I'll make a note of it and see if I can take a look at it when I have a spare minute that I can (admittedly, my "spare time" queue is getting to have quite a bit on it!).

Thanks for the heads up. If I don't get back to you in a few weeks, ping me again in a PM.

EDIT: Oh, I just thought of something that might maybe possibly perhaps might work. Again though, I can't look at it right now, but I'll try to soon.

Sounds complicated.

Obviously you know a lot more about all the dialogue trees, but I was able to do "Assisting Freeport" and "Assisting Freeport Again" even after finishing the quests. I finished both the fighter line (A Knight in the Graveyard) and the Freeport line (Your Eternal Reward) about a month before doing the assisting quests. I got the update by talking to Everett Splizen, and got the dialogue: "Stand fast, soldier. Or whatever it is they say. I'm sure you've done everything expected of a loyal soldier of the Freeport Militia. And now they've no more use for you. How sad."

Maybe however it works there could be used for the other quests? If you've finished his quests, give the quest update with that dialogue; if you haven't, give the update and he gives the dialogue for your next quest. The dialogue for the quest giver doesn't need to change - they can still tell you "go help Freeport" (or Qeynos) - they say that to everyone.

I had a level 62 character goto the Assisting Freeport quest giver and they told me I had already done everything I could to help out, yet I hadn't done any quests in Freeport since I was 45. So I never got the quest because the game said I already did the level 60 sets of quests. Same with the 80 and I still haven't gone back to do FP quests since I was 45.
