<p>It's still busted. It doesn't crit. It doesn't do what it says it's supposed to do. Period. At any number of points spent. The one spell that is given to us to feed an entire group is absolutely worthless. Fix it, or word it properly to fit the way that you (SOE) intended for it to work.</p><p>While you're at it, please fix my personae going AWOL everytime I zone.</p>

<p>It actually does work, but only at 1 or 10 points, try it yourself but with 1 point i was seeing like 100-300 a tick and at 10 i see 1k to 1.4k a tick.</p><p>It should probably crit, but can only hope, but as for working it does, thats why i run with 10 points in it even as a coercer cause its needed in PoW.</p>
