new change to passive wards...

<p>Does anyone know if this change will apply to our ward and if so how long will it take for the ward to build up to its full potential ? How many seconds of actual protection will this give us now or is it worthless and the aa points in enhancing it better off somewhere else now ?</p>

the only passive wards we may get as a monk would be on gear. Outward Calm is not Passive, we have to cast it and it has a duration.
