<p>Hi</p><p>Since thursday i have the problem that i can not update may CreditCard information, since this Card isn't an american Credit Card... This is right since i am from germany. The same Card i use for my 2nd Account and it works fine.</p><p>The difference between the 2 accounts is: the first one is a station account, the 2nd one a newer "gold" account ..</p><p>Since saturday the account (station account) is set to F2p all of sudden !</p><p>I have already called with Customer Service on thursday, opened a ticket and I update this ticket daily, but beside the initial autoanswer mail , there is no response since today ...</p><p>So actualy i can not play my Chars because they are either locked, or "naked" since they can not wear any armor.</p><p>Additionaly since saturday, the account of my beloved wife is also all of sudden set to F2P. Her account was also a station access account. She opened also a ticket , but she also, did get no further replay or help.</p><p>To play the game on weekend she changed her account to "gold", but now 5 of her characterslots are locked ! A call to customer service (german) said : there can not be done anything about it, she has to buy (AGAIN) the locked characters to acces them ! She already DID buy them and used them since years !</p><p>I bet there will be more and more people like us getting this problem, and i bet it has to do with this move to Pro7thing.</p><p>Maybe since this ticket thing seems not to work, i (we) can get help here in the Support Forums ??</p><p>Cheers a very sad</p><p>Yandail and Yaandra</p>
