<p>Ok, so SOE removed renewal of subs in the marketplace, thats fine and understandably so. BUT when I go through the SOE website, log in and go to sub info; renew sub, enter SC card it doesnt apply to my sub as it says it should it just all goes to the wallet. Then I create a ticket and still 24 hrs later I get no response. Is this the usual now? </p>
