Lvl 10 to 29 BGs

<p>Are there BGs for these lvls? i understand there are, however I see none available when I open the window (alt+Z). My 30+ toons show the zones I can que for..nothing below 30 however.</p>

There are only 2 tiers of BGs now... end game, and not end game. your level 10-29 characters participate in the same BGs as everybody else.
