Swift Creations AA in the tradeskill tab is not functioning

<p>Swift Creations is supposed to improve the rate at which you gain progress and increases run speed while not in combat.</p><p>It is not applying any progress mod as well as not increasing run speed by any amount whatsoever....</p>

<p>It isn't even listing a percentage per rank like every AA does. it's just an inert AA completely broke.</p>
