View Full Version : Active account is not working for Free to Play... help? --SOLVED

<p>I have a 6 year account that I am trying to gain free to play acceess to. It shows on my account that it is active yet, when I try to log in to game it gives me an error stating that I need a subscription to play. I just want to use it for free to play for my daughter to play around on.</p><p>I had the account locked about four years ago at my request and I called a few days ago and succesfully had that lock removed. I was able to log into the account for that day, but now it is not allowing me to do so.</p><p>I have another free to play account and can log on to that one just fine. I had an active subscription on the account that works when free to play was implimented a while back, but the one that isn't working was not at the time a subscription. Could this be the issue?</p>

<p>---I just saw that this is an issue others have had. I'll fill out a support ticket and see if it can get fixed today.</p>
