<p>it said i have reach character limit...</p><p>what? i have 2 other open slots for new characters, both paid and one from LoN loot card.</p><p>there was nothing illegal i do. it just a rude awaking when i just log to play.</p><p>my account hadnt changed or downgraded, it is suppose to be premium gold account.</p>

<p>If this just happened, maybe it has to do with the servers going down for hotfix? Maybe you logged in just as the servers were/are going down? (complete guess)</p>

<p>as soon i relog, my main character got all his gears pop off and got his 2 other bags locked up and unaccessable.</p><p>then i got upset and log out as i just saw "yellow text" patch update message.</p><p>then checked my account, and was surprised they downgraded my account without my permission, it is suppose to be "Gold Premium" account, that is a breach of account changing. it was "PAID"</p><p>billing are due on july 22nd.</p><p>also, i wasnt inform by email by SOE if they changed and if it was confirmed. (edit to add)</p>

<p>Having a similar problem - I'm a gold member with recurring payments in the middle of a payment cycle. I had one character locked (says need to pay to open slot) when I logged on the other day (about a week or so ago). I also lost an open slot I still have left to create a character. Logged in today and yet ANOTHER character is locked (same message). I haven't changed anything and my account still says Gold membership. Yet, I've lost 3 slots total (locked or gone) in the last week or so of time. I can't figure out why. I've submitted a ticket, but haven't heard back yet.</p>
