I think its great that you guys have added 25% off. However, being someone with station access since launch, I have to tell you... I feel left out. I am paying as much for one account as possible and unless I read it wrong I dont get crap. Someone brand new getting a new account will get a discount. Could you rethink this strategy to include your most loyal subscribers?

So if you switch your all access from a month to month at 19.99 to a 1 Year re-occurring where the normal price is 179.88, but between the 18th and the 23rd of july that price will be 179.88 - 44.97 = 134.91 (25% discount). Not exactly sure where you figured that the discount does not apply to all access, unless I missed it in a disclaimer in the promotional announcement. Besides the main benefit of the all access is just get access to the other games for 5.00 a month more, not a bad deal for 5 bucks

Best bet is to just wait till after the promotion starts on the 18th and then check pricing, if it does not discount I apologize for mis-understanding the promotional copy

I think if you resubscribe during this promotion you can get the promotional rate.

TheSpin wrote:

I think if you resubscribe during this promotion you can get the promotional rate.

that is the way I read it also

Players who sign up for a new or upgraded multi-month recurring membership to any of the following games will receive 25% off the regular price: EverQuest, EverQuest II, and DC Universe Online (PC only). If you have an existing recurring membership, this offer is only valid for a new recurring membership with a longer term (e.g., upgrade from a 3-month recurring to a 6-month recurring) or for an upgrade from a single-game recurring membership to an All Access recurring membership. If you have an existing 12-month recurring membership, you may redeem this offer for a new 12-month recurring membership at the discounted price. Promotional pricing will begin on your next billing cycle and will continue until your recurring membership lapses or is canceled. Offer is valid between July 18, 2012 at12:01AM PDT and July, 23 2012 at 11:59PM PDT.

So if you have a 3 month reoccurring you need to upgrade to a 6 or 12 month, if you have a single month you need to upgrade to a 3/6/12 month reoccurring. Add it appears that the discount continues on as long as you don;t cancel or let the credit card lapse

I first want to thank you for being a loyal subscriber The promotion includes players with existing as well. Just as Wingrider01 pointed out " If you have an existing recurring membership, this offer is only valid for a new recurring membership with a longer term (e.g., upgrade from a 3-month recurring to a 6-month recurring) or for an upgrade from a single-game recurring membership to an All Access recurring membership.
I got the impression that a new subscriber can sign up for a monthly reocurring all access membership and get 25% off. I have to pay for 3 months in advance reocurring to get this offer.

I currently have a platinum sub with no reoccuring plan set, I want to take advantage of the 25% off, when I go to setup another 12 month sub its still showing at the standard price, is this how it shows then in a month when I get billed will it be at the discounted price?
Thanks!

I'd recommend submitting a ticket to our billing support team so we can look into this issue for you.
