Tinkerfest-Anything new this year?

<p>Are there any new quests, vendor items, and/or recipes for Tinkerfest this year? I see that it is on the in-game calendar towards the end of this month, but haven't heard anything yet.</p>

<p>There should be new stuff. .always is. It's not up on test yet though, so we won't know till that happens.</p>
