SOE Build: User Optimized 8967L screen is not responding

<p>I was playing the game and got booted/crashed. Went to sign back in and ever since then, i log in, hit play and all I get is the first screen (white) that is constantly non-responsive. What gives? </p>

<p>Still no video and it is stuck on non responsing screen immediately upon logging in. But, i do have audio now. So I can listen to EQ2 music all day if I choose. Win 7 64 bit.  The game was working fine at 2pm and then bam...</p>

I'm sorry you're experiencing crashing issues in the game. I'd recommend submitting a support ticket to our technical support team so they can figure out what's going on.
