Test server keeps crashing on launch

<p>For some odd reason had it working a week ago, I tried to log in test to day it crashes over and over, I went to the defualt ui, and it still crashed, anyone els ehaving this issue or have a fix?</p>

<p>My first time trying the Test server and I kept crashing, didnt even get to the character screen.  Reinstalling DX 9c fixed that for me.  </p><p>Thanks !</p>
