Bought SC card, used to buy a month sub but it didnt added to my timer and card was used by me.

<p>First sorry for my english skills, second, like post says i used a SC card, 2000 one, went to SOE website, redeemed it for a month sub, i ongly got some photos of different soe games to choose, i choose EQ2, click it and it says :30 days sub +500 sc.</p><p>All correct, i got my 500 sc but my account data dont show the 30 days, i still have a 30 day sub running but  the time didnt was upgaded, added or nothing, have the same days left, im missing something? im the unluckiest people in the earth?.</p><p>Thanks in advance , same day i used a 2000 sc too for SC and worked all fine.</p>

<p>I have had a similar problem with my gold sub, when I added time via card and with time purchased with SC in game. The subscription expiry date is not correct on my account info page. I  submitted a CS ticket and was informed it was a "display bug". This was more than a week ago and it still isn't fixed.</p>

<p>My friend used a game card today for 30 days of EQ2 game time and it did not show up in his account either. He is still silver, so it's not just a display bug on his... it just ate his card for no return. <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Wasn't even a walmart card either, so didn't even get 500 SC from his $15.</p>

<p>same thing happened to me, i bought 2 cards and both didn't work</p><p>put in a ticket and its esclated to mgmt. hopefully fixed soon</p>
