Ability reuse on scout gear

<p>Iirc all we get is 6% on bracers and 2-4% in the cloak slot.</p><p>Why is there so little ability reuse on scout gear?</p>

<p>Also annoys me to no end that we cannot reforge ability reuse. There is only spell reuse.</p><p>Through AAs and focus effects, most of the important combat arts are at or near the cap. How cool would it be, if we could spend those points somewhere else, or get a different focus, because our reuse from items maxes us out. Unfortunately that might be precisely why they do not.</p>
