Back to game and 2k plat has gone :)

<p>I was away from the game for a while like 3 years. So in this time my account had banned(no idea why and SoE doesnt make an explanation about it), SoE is hacked, security at top.</p><p>Then 3-4 days ago i decided to turn back to the game. I got lots of trouble to activate my account back. emails after emails ... Finally my account activated again.</p><p>After the hacking event, my bank doesn't give permission for transaction money to SoE. So i couldn't buy the gold pack.</p><p>Anyway, i got in the game as a F2P and another surprise <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> tataa my 2000plats was gone...</p><p>So here is the question, will i ever be available to get my plats back?</p>

<p>Do you have 0 plat or do you have SOME. F2P is limited on what they can have, I'm not sure where the overflow goes, but it doesn't disappear, you just can not w/d from bank unless you have less than the cap on your person the way I understand it.</p><p>If you were truly hacked though it is prob gone, and I do not think F2P can get the support level to have it restored.</p>

When f2p the plat is still there, you just cant loot anymore until under the limit

At least i got some station cash via paypal for silver membership but still it is same. If you petition, they may be able to roll back/restore the character.</p>

I wouldn't be surprised if your account compromise is why your bank "doesn't give permission for transaction money to SOE".</p><p>After 3 years with your account having been compromised at some time during that 3 years (could be as long as 3 years ago), doubtful you'll get back the plat or anything else missing that was 'swiped' by those who took over your account while you were gone.</p>
