Test Copy Still Down

<p>Would love to test some of this stuff, but test copy is still down. This gonna be fixed in the near future so I can actually test the fighter changes?</p>

<p>Now when I log into Test (char select screen) it says "offline server" under my TC chars and lets my Test chars in, at least. <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
