Where's my character slots gone?

<p>Hi all,</p><p>I was wondering if anyone else is suffering from this....</p><p>I have (until today) always had what used to be called 'station access' which entitled me to 12 character slots, plus I have purchached 2 extras.</p><p>I've just logged on and received a message telling me I can't play certain characters because I'm not entitled to the spaces and need to purchase additional slots!</p><p>regards,</p><p> Taros.</p>

<p>If I remember correctly, Station Access allows for 12 slots for characters.  If you had 14 in total, when you downgrade to a single game subscription, then you are only allowed 7 slots (plus the 2 that you purchased).  If this is not what is happening with you, I would suggest contacting Account Support for assistance. </p><p><span style="border-collapse: collapse; color: #ffffff; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 15px;"><a href="http://help.station.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/28939/session/L3RpbWUvMTM0MDQ2ODYxMC9zaWQvSFd4eEtvX2s%3D">Contacting Customer Service</a></span></p>

<p>It depends on when you had the Station Access activated.</p><p><span style="border-collapse: collapse; color: #ffffff; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 16px;">If, on June 28, 2011 (the launch of SOE All <em>Access</em>), you have an active <em>Station</em> <em>Access</em>account (or have cancelled it but have time left on it before it expires), you will be entitled to the free character slots that were included with <em>Station</em> <em>Access</em>: <em>EverQuest</em> - 2 character slots,<em>EverQuest II</em> - 5 character slots, and <em>Vanguard: Saga of Heroes</em> - 4 character slots. <p>I had that happen to me when everything went free-to-play. I have 9 slots and 2 I had purchased, I log on one day to find one of my alts locked. sent in a report and everything was fixed.</p>
