My Characters Were Deleted

<p>Is it possible to recover characters that have been mistakenly deleted?  I only had two, now they're gone!</p>

<p>It's only been a couple months, and I don't ever remember deleting them myself.  I have no idea what's going on!</p>

<p>I wouldn't trust EQ2players, even more if you haven't loged in years and if your old server was merged.</p>

<p>If you have not logged into a toon since EQ2players went live with thier revamp your toons will not show up in searches.</p><p>Eq2players revamp went live around 6 months ago i think. This most likely has to do with the extra privacy settings they started but also because data from the live feed is not initiated until your character zones.</p>

<p>Again, characters are not usually deleted unless done so by the account holder.  If you log into the game on the correct region and server and do not see them, then please contact Account Support.  Eq2players may not be the best tool to check on them if you have not logged in in a few months.</p>
