12 month gold extended all pass instead :-(

<p>I bought the non-recurring 12 month gold sub for the current bargain prize.</p><p>Since it clearly states I was getting 12 month gold, I assumed it would add it after the current sub period is over.</p><p>To my surprise I got suddenly have 100 day extention on my All Pass, instead of a 12 month prepaid gold sub to EQ2.</p><p>Definitly not what I thought, I was buying.</p><p>What I did wrong is not to cancel the All Pass first, but how would I have known that. So now I need someone at accounting fixing this.</p><p>CS: #120616-000134</p>
