Since the patch today, every time I bring up the in-game browser and try to load a web site, the client crashes with the following:

Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: EverQuest2.exe Application Version: 1.0.0.1 Application Timestamp: 4fd62cd0 Fault Module Name: EverQuest2.exe Fault Module Version: 1.0.0.1 Fault Module Timestamp: 4fd62cd0 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 0065463e OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 68f5 Additional Information 2: 68f57d6f0d0e8a4fba89866887bdde3e Additional Information 3: 889e Additional Information 4: 889ec08375774b8305a3b5935e00b260

This happens with the Default UI. I have tried several times to have the Launcher "Validate Game Assets". It doesn't find anything to download and says all files are up to date.

Same here...the debug log says it is missing /ChromePlugins

Nothing is in the Chrome folder though, maybe that is why...

Nice, they are using Chrome instead of Netscape?

I found the old browser to be quite unstable - the ads on Zam crashed it everytime.

Here's hoping this one gets better, Zam is a far better site that eq2i, or rather get's updated earlier.

New installation, no mods, no nothing, and the browser crashes the game on the Live server only.

I have vista 32bit did a user permission for more cached memory of the os to be available for use and so game worked pretty good after that... I use the ingame browser ALL DAY long but not since the new awesomium_process.exe I called and made sure the program was allowed on my my computer. Each time I pulled it up ... the game crashed to desk top. as of TODAY.. i tried again and same thing happened... browser opens ... game crashes or get NOT responding and freezes so i have to use task manager to shut down. Sooo appreciate any help on this as i LOVE my ingame browser Oh.. I have the eq2 UI only

The patch today did NOT fix the problem (big surprise /sarcasm)

Still crashing when the game tries to load a url in the new in-game browser:

Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: EverQuest2.exe Application Version: 1.0.0.1 Application Timestamp: 4fe1040e Fault Module Name: awesomium_1_7.dll Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 4fe0e2ec Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 00009363 OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 0a9e Additional Information 2: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789 Additional Information 3: 0a9e Additional Information 4: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789
