Crashing while trying to enter my home.

<p>I just recently, after not having played since about a month after launch, re-uped my sub and bought a house.  I've spent the last hour getting the following when I try to log in the game, now my char is stuck.</p><p>EverQuest II has detected an unrecoverable error and must be shutdown.</p><p><verify> G:liveeq2gameClientsrcGameScene.cpp(5307):</p><p>Failed to create zone. Suggestion: Please do a full scan from the patcher.</p><p>0054cd114e4bd0</p><p>When I do the scan everything was reported good.  So, I reinstalled, did a full install, cleared the caches as was suggested, and I -still- am unable to log into my character who is stuck in the void of entering her new home.  What now?</p>

<p>What you can do is login or create a new toon and file a petition for your stuck character. A GM will move it to another zone.</p>

It sounds like your character is stuck. You should submit a ticket to our in game team so a GM can help move her.
