server wide messages are there to be used!

<p>Could you just ONCE use the ***** server message system to announce a down time? Some people are playing you know? Would like to be forwarned? Something like that?</p><p>For Innoruuk's sake, just WARN US! And after that you wonder why players just won't play on Test?</p><p>I was puting the last touchs on my house for Gninja and preparing to go take screenies and ... Kaboom, server off. If I could lay my hands on the one hitting the off switch, it's definatedly not a fine dish and a cute mausoleum that I would make for him!</p><p>*goes away muttering some not-nice things about pitchforks, tar, feathers, torches and ropes*</p>
