EQ and EQII Facebook Quest – Both Games First Goal Completed!

You completed your first monthly quest of getting an additional 1,000 Facebook followers, and it only took you one week! For that, every player who has logged into EverQuest or EverQuest II since that game converted to free-to-play has been granted 500 Station Cash!</p> <p>You accomplished last month’s quest pretty quickly and we expect you will achieve June’s quest handily as well.</p> <p>The goal for this month is to increase Facebook followers for EverQuest or EverQuest II by 2,000 likes respectively, as of June 11, 2012. If your game’s Facebook community has achieved the goal of 2,000 additional Facebook followers by July 11th, we will once again reward every player who has logged into your game since it went free-to-play (once per account), but this time with an XP potion (for Eq - bottle of adventure III and for Eq2 - extended potion of the advanced) and three (3) no trade digital booster packs of LON set #13, Priestess of the Anarchs! So make sure your game (or both games) meets its goal. We might even reward you sooner if you reach your goal before the 6th, of course at SOE’s discretion.</p> <p>Keep up the hard work and remember, you are fighting your counterpart for a double experience weekend! The winning community (based on its proportional growth) will be announced during <a href="http://www.soe.com/soelive">SOE Live</a> (Oct. 18th, 2012). <p>I Quest about as much as I use Facebook .... Z.E.R.O.  Well, thats not entirely true; There are some cases where I'm forced to Quest.</p>

<p>Ok I'll try a second time in here.</p><p>I have zero use for Facebook, but I can see it being used as a tool to advertise and we all know SOE is not going to expend a red penny to faithfully market this game so we'll have to settle for Facebook.</p><p>It isn't really a reward for winning when there is going to be a clear cut winner and the 'prize' is the same.</p>

All good though I bought a few cards on the last triple day and bought both exansion and a year sub for $45 on me new box account. I wishI had waited a bit, I was just dragging the Inq along tanking with my warlock, got to 90 during the rebate weekend. I didn't have enough on Lempo to get my 1 year sub during the rebate, but I did have enough to get a 6 month then the rebate then another 6 month, and they thought I'd go rush out and buy another card. the 500 from here is just what I needed to put me over the top for a character transfer I do believe so my troub can finally group with me.</p><p>I don't care for the other things in there, I think a lot shouldn't be, fluff and services sure, overpowered power items I don't want but they are there and more are on the way, this is just an effort to warm more customers up to the idea IMO.</p>

<p>i never received the award for this as well only time i will ever try anything on facebook again never liked it anyway accually eq saved my facebook page even tho i never touched it for about 1.5 years i used it for a week got bored of it and left.</p><p>funny can't seem to get into any web forum things (eg facebook, twitter, reddit, 9gag, etc)</p><p>im personally wondering if even anyone got this</p>
