Mounted combat

<p>Okay we have mounts, there is even a RP cavaliry guild on the server I like, and during some of the player events that SOE promotes jousting events.   Still it's just RP in the end.  What I would like to see is real mounted combat in the game.   Even aerial battles with the new flying mounts.   It's something that would both make sense and be most welcome in the game.</p>

<p>There is an option to remain mounted while in combat.</p><p>Aerial battles would be cool, but it's already there for ground mounts. The mounts aren't exactly involved in fighting, but you remain on them while you fight.</p>

<p>LOTRO has just introduced mounted combats in its new expansion - RIDERS OF ROHAN.</p>
