<p>The troub Prestige ability "Style and Presence" gives a 100% chance for Perfect Shrill to reset the reuse on Painful Lamentations. If Perfect Shrill happens to kill the mob you have targeted, it does NOT reset Painful Lamentations. Since it says it is 100% chance to reset, it should still reset Painful Lamentations even if Perfect Shrill is the kill shot. This gets really annoying in group mobs when I lose an AE due to PL not resetting if PS happens to kill one of the mobs.</p>
