Hacked account. Can I get deleveled to where i left off?

<p>Today I logged into my old account after about at least 3 years of not playing. It was apparent that someone else had been playing my account, as a lot of my characters had been leveled up and a lot of them had gear that could not be acquired with the expansions that I had purchased (Sinking Sands and Echoes of Faydwer). This is no fun for me as I want to play them where I left off. Is there anyway that I can persay; go back in time to where I left off? Also is my account safe? I changed my password, and it still has my Secret question and answer, and the account is verified by my email address.</p><p>Thank you for your replys.</p>

<p>if your old PW was intact and you didn't have to contact CS to reactive your account changing your PW should be suffcient. as for your charaters anything level/AA/quests completed etc that that the hacker did are stuck that way. if you notice items missing i'd suggest cotnacting support and explaining your situation.</p>
