Legends of Norrath purchase

<p>Purchased a booster pack on this account but still have Legends of Norrath scenarios etc. blocked out.  From what I have heard if you buy with SC it has to be unlocked via GMs or something and since ingame petitioning is bugged I decided to make the post in this forum (and if this is incorrect forum hopefully it can get forwarded).</p>

Are you still having issues accessing the scenarios?
