<p>I've been sat waiting for a reply from support since the 26th from an initial transfer request made on the 25th. So I've missed the double xp weekend and the rebate. I'm only assuming that because the account was an access one in the past that it's causing the tokens not to show. I followed the instructions, made sure the character was ready and bought the sc to cover cost. I've moved a few characters in the past via support and have never encountered this kind of delay. I know that it was a holiday weekend in the U.S but this game is available internationally and as such somebody should have contacted me alot sooner. Sorry to whine but I am a little annoyed about the situation and would appreciate it if somebody could look into it, thankyou.</p>

<p>Okay recieved reply that token is on character, so that problem at least has been solved. Bit disappointed with time frame still and the problems with ex access accounts....still can't have it all=)</p>

The character transfer team handles these issues in a first come first server basis. There may have been quite a few tickets in the queue so we really appreciate your patience and understanding! <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" /></p>
