<p>Magic mouths are not triggered by NPCs, and as an avatar you are considered an NPC. You'll see them work in build mode but not while running a dungeon. They need to give us an effect object that we can place that functions as a magic mouth for NPCs.</p><p>I have seen some of my NPC flavor text work in my Chardok dungeon, but have yet to see it work in my Poet's Palace dungeon; however, I don't have many mobs with it yet in my PP dungeon, so I haven't checked thoroughly yet.</p>

<p>I had several mobs set up to emote, but two runs throughs (two different people) netted NO flavor text at all.</p>

<p>I just made my first dungeon and none of the flavor text works at all either.  It was the Lair of Scale version 4, if that matters/helps.</p>
