So then either paintings aren't on the 50% list or I'm not eligible.</p><p>I think I'll wait to buy anything else until we get clarification or some other brave soul gives it a try!</p>

They do not mean players with recurring subs are not eligible they mean you will not get a rebate on buy a recurring sub.</p>

I mean seriously @15 a month complaining about the prices is silly. Then consider a year sub is $120 ($12/mon). Then consider triple SC on a +500 bonus card (6,000 SC for $15) that makes the anual sub $2.50 per month.....</p><p>And NOW you want that to be half-price as well.... <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/2786c5c8e1a8be796fb2f726cca5a0fe.gif" border="0" /> I hear Farmville is free, you could go try that.</p>

That page doesn't give a future start time, which implies it's ongoing.</p><p>I didn't get caught because I remember another rebate sale where there's a rebate tag that shows up on the item so I looked around to see if there was an issue. Eventually I saw something here with the complete sale period info.</p>

You still paid them $15 for a card (or however you bought your SC). That's the gimmick here. How ever they twist these "sales", they're still getting your $15. I repeat, a SOE employee checked for me and told me that the non-recurring subs ARE INCLUDED. Have fun!</p>

Been months now since i last sent them a /bug and got told they are working on it well all i can say is work FASTER so we can take better advantage of these deals</p>

Or if you look at it another way (6 month example as it's what I'm buying) 7900SC sub 7900 / 2 = 3950 3950 -(500 x 6) = 950. <- SC gained each month 950 / 3 = 316.667 = $3.17 for 6 months 316. 667 / 6 = 57 per month or $0.57 per month If you ignore the SC gain per mobth it's $2.19 per month

<p>If you are referring to buying a sub during this sale, the ones that are on rebate do not give you 500 sc a month. The non-recurring subs are what are on sale, not the recurring subs... and only recurring subs get the bonus SC.</p>

Absyntheea, You get your bonus SC by signing up for a recurring sub as well. You don't start paying until after your rebate sub has ended, but because you're signed up you get your SC each month anyway.

I have been told. I will find out for sure on the 12th June when my current sub expires and my 6 month rebate sub kicks in. I have already added a monthly sub to the account that starts on the 12th December.
