Cloak of the Troll Pillager has been...Pillaged!

<p>I ran the quest lines yesterday to get this cloak for appearance for my swashbuckler. I completed all the quests to get the Petty Officer title but never got the cloak after completing the "Officer Training - Deep Sea Diving" which is when you are supposed to get it.</p><p>I have tried submitting a petition but it will not go through...just stays stuck at submitting after I click continue. I tried yesterday as well but same thing. Was hoping todaying wold be a different story...</p><p>Can someone help? I really want this cloak <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>Wow if they removed that cloak option that really bites. My Swashbuckler has been wearing it in appearance almost every day since I got it.</p><p>Hope you can get a petition in and get it sorted out.</p>
