Ry'Gorr Armor

<p>ok please don't flame me but I have just got my first char to 90 and keep hearing about RyGorr armor. Can someone please enlighten me as to what this is as I have searched and cannot find anything about this.</p><p>I know..total noob question <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> but this is what happens with serious altitis</p>

<p>It is some DoV armor that can be made by crafters.</p><p>Save yourself the money and have a crafter buddy make you Thurgadin Armor... it will be replaced by Skyshrine stuff soone enough.</p>

<p>Rygorr armor is faction armor in Eastern Wastes. If you have enough faction (done by questing) you can buy good armor for coin and shards. </p><p>A step below is Thurgadin. It can be bought if you gave enough faction (from missions and/or exchanging public quest gems) for coin. </p><p>Both can also be crafted. </p><p>A step below is the Public Quest gear. It is free if you get lucky because you won't get a piece each time. The chest pieces can take many days or just one PQ. All luck as long as you actively participate in the PQ. </p><p>Better than all of them are the quest rewards in Withered Lands. However, WL may be a tad difficult depending in the gear you have now. </p><p>The best path may be to find a crafter to make you Thurgadin armor. It's usually pretty cheap since it needs common raws. Then do the quest line in WL. Every two hours do the Ring Wars PQ hoping to get lucky with a weapon or chest piece. If you don't no worries since you'll get those in WL as well. </p>

<p>Correction:  There are 4 factions in DOV; Thurgadin, Ry'Gorr, Othmir, Gnolls. Each faction can offer items to best suit a particular class. Example, there's a wand sold by Thurgadin for mages, that is better than what the other 3 can offer.</p><p>It takes a lot of time to compare what each faction offers for what is best for your class.</p><p>I agree though, don't sweat it, Withered Lands has better stuff, and it's easier to get.</p>
