Request about PP Spell Timer Resets.

<p>Can we please have an option to turn off the "blink" that refreshed reuse timers get?  It's harder to tell because they fade to gray and clear.  An option to just make them pop back to normal would be very useful.I hope I'm not alone on this.</p>

<p>You could use a mod for the hotbars.</p><p>I have one where the cooldown is shown as a number. If it comes close to 1 you can already queue the spell and it will cast with no delay at all. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
