Apprentice Won't Give Recipe

<p>For the last two days I have been unable to claim my completed recipe from my Apprentice.</p><p>I push the "claim" button and nothing happens - is this a UI issue? Is anyone else having this problem?</p>

Picked up two recipes yesterday with no problems. Using default ui for that window.

<p>I've picked up recipes in the past few days with no issues (using profit).</p><p>Maybe load up default, (try to) pick up recipe and then reset to your normal ui?  Assuming of course you are using a different UI.</p>

<p>Thanks for the responses!</p><p>I'm using Profit UI, and have for quite a while - maybe I'll swap out the window for default and check it out.</p>

<p>Is the claim button on the window to claim the recipes possibly behind an invisible window that does not have click-thru enabled (such as ranged attack bar, casting bar, or maybe detrimental effects window)?  Sometimes that happens to me (I use Profit) with various windows with click buttons, since they seem to move a bit when opening and don't always open in exactly the same place each time.  I just move the window a bit and I'm able to click.</p>

<p>Check your PC's clock.  There's actually a client side check (on both the TA's, and RA's) that, if your clock is too far off, will prevent you from picking these things up.</p><p>It's rare, but it occasionally goofs someone up here and there.</p>

<p>Update:</p><p>There appears to be an invisible window that the folks that work with Profit are checking out.</p><p>I also discovered that my computer calendar was off by one day <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/499fd50bc713bfcdf2ab5a23c00c2d62.gif" border="0" /> I just reinstalled my OS (twice) and it was not correct.</p><p>Thanks again everyone for your input!</p>
