An Empty Vessel - no empty water jug (POA)

<p>I received the quest An Empty Vessel in Palace of the Awakened but spent several hours looking for the first step, which is to find and click on an empty water jug.  I tried all popular /loc and ran through the zone many many times and never saw it anywhere.  Even tried gnomish diving rods and still didn't see it.  Fluffy shows the quest last completed in 2011, which tells me something is messed up.  Thanks for your help here - would like to complete this quest, which appears broken.  Thanks.</p>

<p>Very well versed with Wiki and ZAM - the jug isn't spawning anywhere in the zone, that is my issue.</p>

<p>Confirmed quest is working - was concerned about being level 92 in the zone and not having the jug spawn, but it did - took 6 hours, but it was there, so was just unlucky.  Thanks.</p>
